Launched in London in September 2015, Trouva recognised that some product categories werenât able to scale their digital offering. Categories where discovery, inspiration and curation were key, and touch and feel were core to the customer experience were missing from the e-commerce landscape. We aggregate merchandise from many online antique and collectible merchants and distribute this merchandise on the Web through online classifieds, online auctions, merchandising services and our online catalog. We receive a sales commission from our merchants for providing them with this service.
Our MakeAShop system allows merchants to build an customized online store in about 15 minutes. This store also enables the merchant to distribute their inventory to online sources such as Google and also allows the merchant to auction their inventory on major online auctions such as eBayÂź. Each store is also enabled for credit card transactions. The TIAS software product is fully web-based — all that’s needed is a web browser.  Its scalable, and includes a lavish set of tools for catalog creation, orders management, inventory management and financial reporting.
